To be eligible for a return, your LovEarth yoga mat carrier must be sent back to us within 4 weeks of the order date.
The yoga mat carrier must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
Any signs of wear and tear that are beyond normal usage will disqualify the mat from being eligible for a refund or exchange.
